The website located at https://sale.velroxa.com (the "Site") is owned and operated by Velroxa ("Company", "we", "us" or "our"). Some features of the Site may have additional guidelines or rules, which are posted with those features and form part of these Terms.
THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ("TERMS") ARE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT THAT GOVERNS YOUR USE OF THE SITE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD (OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR AREA). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SITE.
SECTION 10 CONTAINS A DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION AGREEMENT. UNLESS YOU OPT OUT, YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH US ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION, AND YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
1. Accounts
1.1 Account Creation. Some features require an account. You agree that the information you provide is true and accurate and that you will keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time.
1.2 Account Responsibility. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to protect your account.

3. Products, Pricing & Orders
We try to display products, colors and descriptions as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that your screen shows colors exactly or that all descriptions are error-free. Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, and correct pricing errors. Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
4. User Content & Acceptable Use
4.1 User Content. You are solely responsible for any content you submit to the Site (such as reviews or comments). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display and reproduce that content in connection with the Site.
4.2 Acceptable Use. The Site may contain links to third-party websites or ads. We do not control and are not responsible for them. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
7. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VELROXA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
9. Term & Termination
These Terms apply while you use the Site. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
10. Dispute Resolution
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at Support@velroxa.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If not resolved, any dispute will be settled by binding individual arbitration, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Copyright Policy
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to Support@velroxa.com including: your signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification and location of the infringing material; your contact details; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
12. General
12.1 Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and continued use of the Site means you accept them.
12.2 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
